Illuminati Production owners, Jess and Dead, are a married with two children, Lilly and Krystal. They’ve been juggling their personal relationships with each other, while handling business at their agency; but just how do they do it and what are they about? Read on to find out more from an interview they had with VXM.
How is mixing personal with business?
J: We have our up and downs, but we work through it and manage to come to an agreement.
Did you have experience before starting your agency?
D: Yes, we met through an agency we both modeled for.
Why did you decide to start Illuminati productions?
J: Well, I wanted to start it because we both had a vision on how we wanted things and also how things should be run. We actually talked about it for months before launching.
D: We both wanted to have our visions expressed and to see them come to life. We also wanted to mold and help others at the same time. Our goal is to promote fellow creators and allow guys to have a place to model, as there are tons of female-based companies.
How can one apply?
D: You would send us a message through our Instagram DM’s.
J: Afterwards, we would look through their Instagram to see their look. After this we ask a few questions to get a feel for the person’s personality.
What do you look for in your models?
J: We look for loyalty and dedication within all our models.
D: We look for Male models we can mold, and that are interested to see the transition between different styles.
