It's getting closer to Valentine's day a.k.a: Singles Awareness Day... Yuck. But, hey, instead of being bitter about not having a love interest, we’re turning this holiday into an opportunity to show ourselves some major love, in the form of badass outfits of course. February 14 can be a big night out on the town or a solo glass of wine at home.

If you're not into the flowers, hearts, candy, sexy or formal attire, have no fear! There is fashion for everyone. Going out for lunch? Simple blouse and nice pants. Also, the classic slip dress with a nice heel will do the trick for a night out. Your attire doesn't HAVE to reflect the holiday.

Valentine's Day dressing can vary based on the situation. Want something sultry for a date with a relatively new fling or you are single and planning on a fun night out with your ladies? Friends sent you out on a blind date? Finally fell into the Tinder Twilight Zone? We're all about an outfit that's guy-friendly, but stylish enough to win a tougher stamp of approval: that of your girls.

Delicate with lace or edgy with leather and darker colors, no matter what you choose today is the day to pull out all the stops and try that sexy trend you have been eyeing. A lace dress or look with strappy heels will help you get eyes drawn from head to toe. Want to go edgy? A sexy jumpsuit with a nice leather or studded accessory will definitely show the sexy yet sultry badass in you. Want more sex? Sexy Jumpsuit or thigh high boots are a must with a romper or a sexy pantsuit. Just go for you and sexy you!

Tired of going out for V-Day? From ultra-luxe robes to extra-cozy sweatshirts, you'll be all set to do the wine and chocolates thing as a true treat for you. You have to spend it on a self-lovin’ session. Go do whatever the f**k it is you feel like doing that day. Wanna splash some cash on clothes? Do it. Wanna eat junk food all day? Do it. Wanna stay in and just watch TV? Guess what, Valentine's day is a day traditionally dedicated to showing the one you love most in life that they are special to you, and the one person in life you should love the most, before anyone else, is yourself. Instead of worrying about having someone to love and hold on this crazy holiday, worry about breaking the hearts of every guy and girl that looks at your amazing outfit. Make them all see "Red".
