Spring Fashion Week

From Paris to Milan and London to New York, fashion trends have been a way for everyone to make a statement each season. For this Spring, it's all about bold colors and print choices. From sheer transparencies to saturated color, this season will have you full of energy and ready for the runway!

Transparent, Tulle and.. Exposed Briefs?

You know that expensive bra that you bought from the department store, but you can’t show it off because it might be, “inappropriate”? Well, fret no more! Exposing undergarments is in! Transparency is the latest trend for this Spring. Tulle, satin, and sheen are perfect for getting that transparent look. Go clear or sheer with this new trend from your favorite designers. Sheen gives a new and exciting feel to any silhouette as well as the movement caused by the light and airy fabric for the evening wear. Bare it all with this new trend, wear transparent and sheer clothing and have your underwear meant to be seen. Revealing fabrics and leaving little to the imagination (certainly not how mama raised us to be) this season will bring a little sexy into your life, but with sophisticated silhouettes that spark a tad of desire.

Revamping older trends

Guess what is coming back into the fashion circuit! Remember the 90s? Oh, I know you do! Parkas and bedazzled jeans are back. Yes, you heard me. They are back with a vengeance! Create silhouettes that dance along your shoulder blades, down your back, and or hug those gorgeous thighs like no man ever could. Urban looks are here to break back into our streets and make you scream like the fashion Queens you are. Now I don’t want you thinking, “Oh, I can’t dress that up for an event!”. Please, don’t forget that Oscar De La Renta did on the runway. Anything can be taken from the street straight to the runway these days. So pull out all your most loved 90s clothes, give them a good flip and a twist! Strut your stuff ladies!

Fringe and Florals

London’s Fashion week gave birth to new and exciting florals mixed with polka dots! The whole point is to be bold! Day or night you can take this modern flower power and slay any event you have planned. If that’s not your thing then let’s look over at Europe! Fringe! Shredded with sequins is always an exciting way to go.

Spring into color

Winter is OUT and so are boring Neutrals! But, don't let that discourage you! Are you tired of Pastels? Well, bright Monochromatic looks and color blocking are the preferred palette for Spring. This year New York went for vibrant saturated hues while London went for the classic soft approach with pastels and dusty tones. Romantic shades, as well as muted tones, were present in nearly every show. White and black are still a statement just in a different way than before. Tired of the same old florals? Try polka dots! Yes, you heard me! Go classic, with black and white polka dots. This was spotted around the globe in many looks and shows in its most traditional form.. a monochromatic hue.

Whether you're into monochromatic or bright fun and flirty looks, this Spring has something for everyone. Prints and fabrics are a sure fire way to help elevate the average silhouette and give a fresh new vibe for the season.
