Fashion Icon – Fluero

Oliver (Fleuro), 17, from the Dominican Republic. Has been on IMVU since 2012 with a few breaks here and there he has come back bigger and better than before, making an iconic reputation and empire for himself. Over the years, Oliver has taken part in various agencies and modelling competitions. He started taking modelling serious in August 2015 when he started putting more effort into improving his editing and versatility and still does to this day.

His influences in fashion are; Naomi Campbell, Kaia Gerber, and Jhonattan Burjack. He loves to watch their runway shows and reading about them in magazines to see what shoots and ideas they have done recently to find inspiration to then execute in ways others couldn’t have imagined. Oliver has been featured in E! News IMVU multiple times, as well as being nominated for an award by Fashion Academy of IMVU. Oliver’s personal favorite to do is Runway. As well as that he has worked with many creators.

In RL he has been to New York fashion week, designed some sketches for clothing lines and aspires to become a runway model. He describes his fashion style as Versatile. He wears new/never done before, and creates his iconic and out-of-the-box looks. He usually sticks to Hispanic roots or vintage items shaping them around his personality. His advice for new models is to,

"Self-teach yourself and/or to start in small modeling competitions to build your editing."

In addition, he recommends making a modeling avi in either RLS or RL as these are the most popular sizes fashion creators make. He also mentioned you should do modeling if it is your passion not to follow a trend.
